Return / Replace Policy :

Item purchased is valid for return/replace under the following conditions:

  • Item with inherent factory defect is valid for return/replace 7days from date of purchase.
  • Item is of complete package.
  • No signs of mishandling but not limited to dents, wet units and alike.
  • Replacement can be of similar or any item with equal or higher value should customer opt payment add-on.

Refund Policy:

Item is valid for refund under the following conditions:

  • Item has inherent factory defect. Subject to authorized service center report.
  • Item is of complete package
  • No signs of mishandling but not limited to dents, wet units and alike.
  • Refund for credit card payment is via credit card reversal.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once checked out, cancellation is not valid.

Delivery Policy:

  • Delivery is 2-3 days from order and payment confirmation.
  • Delivery & handling fees shall apply for every 2 items depending on location. Rate/s available upon check out.

Claiming for an item(s) on behalf of another person(payor/buyer)

We will be requiring the following documents for submission upon claiming:
1. Signed Authorization Letter
2. Photocopy of the payor's Government issued ID
3. Photocopy of the receipient's/claimant's ID
note: we do not allow 3rd party delivery apps / courier services to claim on your behalf
